Admissions

Nolan Creek School is K-7th Grade open-enrollment public charter school that accepts all students from Bell County and surrounding areas as long as there is space available. However, based on our approved charter, students that reside within the boundaries of Belton, Killeen, Temple, Harker Heights, and Salado receive priority enrollment.  Unlike regular public school districts that must accept all students residing within the school district boundary, Nolan Creek can and does limit the number of student admissions.

In order to assure Nolan Creek is the best educational fit for a prospective student, families should review this website and if the student family desires additional information to make an informed decision, they should schedule an appointment with the principal.

Please note:  Submitting the enrollment application form only indicates your interest and places your name on the potential-student

list. Families offered an enrollment seat will be sent a registration packet with instructions for registering. A formal registration will need to occur demonstrating your acceptance of the enrollment offer. If you do not accept the enrollment offer by registering your student by the communicated deadline sent with your registration packet, your seat will be offered to the next potential student on the waiting list.

Registration:  After the initial open-enrollment period, students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis until all seats are filled. When an enrollment application is received after all seats for that grade have been filled, the potential student’s name is placed on a waiting list.

Nolan Creek will not discriminate on the basis of sex, national origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, academic, athletic or artistic ability, or the district the child would otherwise attend without regard to disability or handicapping condition.  Nolan Creek will serve eligible students with disabilities and handicapping conditions
